At The Dutch Store, we do our very best to make sure that every purchasing experience you have is as pleasant and easy as possible.  While it is rare, if it does happen that you receive an item that is defective, or a food item that is not the quality that it should be, please contact us and we will be happy to correct the problem to the best of our ability.

Also, if you purchase a non-food item that you decide you do not want, you may ship the product back in good condition, and we will refund the cost of the product for you.  Please understand that, due to food  safety regulations, we cannot accept the return of food product that is in otherwise good condition.
