We ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) anywhere in the contiguous United States. Charges are based on the chart to the right. Destinations to AK, HI, PR and Post Office Boxes will be shipped Priority Mail. Orders that require expedited shipping (i.e. Next Day or 2nd Day Air, etc.) will have the additional shipping charges added to the invoice. Substitutions generally will not be made for items out of stock, unless you instruct us otherwise. We also reserve the right to ship COD when a credit card or account is not available. Please note that UPS charges an additional $7.00 for this service, which will be added to your invoice.

Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days. Occasionally orders may be delayed for several days. Examples of factors that may delay shipment are:
1. Weather. Orders with perishable items may be kept until the following Monday to help prevent products from remaining in a truck or warehouse over a weekend or holiday.
2. If more than 30% of your order is out of stock, we may choose to hold the order until the items arrive. If your order will be held for more than 5 days we will contact you.
3. Holiday Season (Mid OctoberÐDecember 25th). Even though we make many preparations for this season, orders could be delayed up to a week.

Locations in AK, HI, PR, APO and Post Office Boxes will be shipped by Priority Mail. USPS rates will apply, any additional charges will be added to your invoice.
