Although there has been the addition of other Dutch mail order companies in the market, we believe that you will find Vander Veen's has the largest selection with the most competitive prices in the U.S. With our high turnover and direct importing of product, we are also able to offer fresher product than that available through most others.

We are in the process of creating an easy to use on-line store for ordering over the internet, in the meantime we offer you several different ways to order.

1. You can call one of our friendly staff (not an automated phone system) toll free at 800-813-9538 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday (we are closed Sundays and major holidays).

2. You can print out an order form and fax toll free to 800-850-6466.

3. You can print out an order form and mail it to:

Whichever method you choose, please remember to include your credit card number, items numbers, your full name, address, and a telephone number. The information you furnish is for Vander Veen's use only (we never sell or trade customer information).

All parcels are shipped via U.P.S., (rates) and that charge will be shown on your invoice. We also reserve the right to ship orders C.O.D. (cash on delivery) when a credit card number is not included. During warmer months, perishables (such as fish) may have to be sent Next Day or Second Day Air. When this is needed, your advance approval is most helpful.
